Could we incorporate the use of the planner for recording achievements in the short term (e.g. after a particular lesson, during registration the following day), and then use tracking periods to transfer achievements into a portfolio (electronic or paper-based)? This could allow departments to keep the pupils' best pieces of work (as we do currently) but also ensure that achievements are recorded regularly. [Claire]
